Remove pagination buttons from all templates and pages

          Description

          The pagination functionality is not needed and it adds complexity to the code and to the UI. Also, when you hover over the tiles, the pagination buttons wiggle a bit, even after the improvements added with IGBF-2034.

          Even the Cytoscape App Store - with nearly 300 Apps! - has got rid of it.
