                Replacing BITBUCKET_USER with BITBUCKET_REPO_OWNER in wget command worked fine for forks, but not team repository.
                I did this to reduce the number of environment variables developers have to configure - BITBUCKET_REPO_OWNER is provided by bitbucket itself.
                I don't think it's working for the team repository because BITBUCKET_REPO_OWNER is something weird - lorainelab?
                Looking into using API and App passwords instead to get these assets.
                Doing this on a new ticket.
