      Description

The two apps currently in CyVerse-IGB (coverage and scaled coverage) need to be made public in CyVerse to be accessible by any CyVerse user. Limited changes can be made to an app once it is public, so we need to make sure that the analyses functions are working correctly before making the apps public.

Follow the information here to make the app public.

The BioViz Connect apps should now be public.
In order to test that they are public, I have unshared the apps with the BioViz Connect team.

To test that the app is public and functioning correctly:
            1) Sign into CyVerse using your CyVerse account (not the nowlanf account).
            2) Navigate to https://connect.bioviz.org/base/#/iplant/home/shared/BioViz/example_data
            3) Run analysis for the three apps using the provided input files
            4) Check that the analysis completes successfully.
            5) Output should be in your user's analysis folder

I have logged with my credentials. Navigated to the BioViz folder in the Community section and ran the analyses for all the three apps and I am able to see the output files in the home analyses folder for all the three apps.

Nowlan Freese. Is there any other scenario that I missed to test as part of this ticket?
