Description
Situation: Bioinformatic file names can be very long but informative to the user (Sample-1-B-Arabidopsis_Experimental_Azacytidine-Treated_trimmed_aligned_sorted_duplicates-removed.bam). The file extension can also be important, as the same file prefix may be used for multiple file types (Sample1.bam, Sample1.bai, Sample1.bedgraph).
Task: Optimize how we are showing file names in the middle and right panels. User needs to be able to access the full file name easily.

An idea:
Full file name: Sample-1-B-Arabidopsis_Experimental_Azacytidine-Treated_trimmed_aligned_sorted_duplicates-removed.bam
Shown in middle panel: Sample-1-B-Arabidops....bam OR Sample-1-B-Arabidops...moved.bam
So it would have the first ~20 characters and then the file extension at the end OR the first 20 characters, the last 5 characters, and then the extension (extension would be limited to ~10 characters in length).
This would hopefully give enough of the sample name as well as the extension, while limiting the overall length.
Tooltip would provide full file name, and button would allow easy copying of full file name.
