Specify version for install4j plugin

          Description

          The build log prints a warning asking for a version to be specified for the install4j plugin:

          [WARNING] 'build.plugins.plugin.version' for org.sonatype.install4j:install4j-maven-plugin is missing. @ org.lorainelab.igb:main:[unknown-version], /opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/main/pom.xml, line 580, column 29
          [WARNING]
          [WARNING] It is highly recommended to fix these problems because they threaten the stability of your build.
          [WARNING]
          [WARNING] For this reason, future Maven versions might no longer support building such malformed projects.

          Specifying a version would prevent this warning and potentially prevent the build from breaking in the future, when a new release of the plugin may be incompatible.

              Tested the ticket. The warnings are no longer visible. Thank you Philip Badzuh for the link. I was able to see them in the earlier builds on my fork and the recent build does not display the warnings. Moving to closed.
