Description
I ran across an issue when running the IGB 9.1.0 installer on macOS high sierra, which resulted in 'hang-ups' when progressing through the installation process. These involve a spinning color wheel that lasts for around a minute between steps/clicks. The installation completes successfully, but after multiple of these hang-up occurrences. Hang ups are not specific to any specific step; they seem to be present for all steps. The same issue is observed with the IGB 9.0.2 installer, but not with the one for IGB 9.0.0, which seems to have a different UI and likely uses a different version of install4j.
Building and running from netbeans or terminal works just fine.
For reference, the system used was a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011), running macOS high sierra version 10.13.6 (17G65).

Request: Could you use a packet sniffer to observe any network requests the installer might be making?
