          Description

          Situation: The current implementation of index hacking produces a bedgraph file that is written to the same location as the bai file. As this requires write access, it is not possible to load a bai file from a URL.

          Task: This issue is blocked by IGBF-2101, which will create a graph sym object from the BAI file without having to write out a bedgraph file first. For this issue, investigate and implement any additional changes required to enable loading a BAI file from a URL.
