-Fix inconsistent behavior when analysis is submitted (Bedtools Genome Coverage does not close the right panel, Deeptools closes right panel and sends user back to home directory). Default behavior should be to confirm that analysis has been submitted, then close right-panel, and the user should still be in the same directory location.

Working:
1) Bedtools, Deeptools, DREME now show toast saying submitted, pause, close right-panel, analysis running toast. User stays in current directory. Only comment - pause before closing of right-panel could be slightly shorter, if possible.
2) Bedtools, when run from community/shared folder is outputting to the user's analyses folder.
3) File path is autofilling with the correct input file path.
4) The tooltips text is pulling from the app endpoint description correctly.
5) FolderOutput parameter is showing for DREME motif finder, working correctly in home/community/shared.

Some of my thoughts so far:
-Double-check that when the user clicks Run-Analysis that the toast shows that it was submitted and then the right-panel closes.
-If user runs analysis on shared/community data (non-owned), analysis will fail as we try to output the results in a non-owned folder. Need to output to user-owned default analysis folder if analysis run on shared/community data.
-Remove unnecessary options for IGB Deeptools Bam Coverage.
-Rename apps to be more clear on their function.
