          Description

          Improve box-release-info on apps pages to make it clearer what user needs to do to install and run Apps.

          Task Summary:

          • No matter if IGB is running, always show text indicating platform compatibility:

          Works with IGB [release.platform_compatibility]

          • Remove hyperlink from platform_compatibility string
          • Instead of "Version: [release.Bundle_version]" display "App Version: [release.Bundle_version]"
          • Replace "IGB" text above the button with "To install and run this App, start IGB."
          • Button label: Replace "Get IGB" with "Get the latest IGB" when IGB is not running

                While testing the ticket I found a couple of issues and I have created new tasks for the same:

                1) Browser to show link destination URL on hover of the 'Get latest IGB' button.

                Other test cases mentioned are working as expected, hence marking the task as complete.
