Improve edit usability -- remove dropdown and change label

          Description

          Currently, if user wants to edit their App's page, they have to click a button labeled "Editor functions" and then choose the option "Edit". It is one of two options - "Edit" and "Remove Ratings".

          That is too many clicks.

          Let's make this better by:

          • Removing the dropdown - let's get rid of "Remove ratings"
          • Change the button label to "Edit" or "Edit this page"
