Deleting bookmark fails to delete bookmark

        Details

          Description

          When a user tries to delete a bookmark made in a previous session it will appear to have been deleted. However, when the user relaunches IGB the bookmark returns.

          To recreate:
          Load IGB
          Create bookmark
          Close IGB
          Reopen IGB
          Delete bookmark
          Close IGB
          Re-open IGB
          Bookmark should have reappeared
