Investigate and if practical move genoviz tutorials into their own bitbucket repo

          Description

          To start, investigate whether HTML links in Web pages under "resources" do not point to the library files in genoviz-sdk/genoviz_sdk

          Use a Web crawler to check that the links will still work even if the library is not in the same project.

          If that looks OK, then migrate the tutorials part of the project into a new bitbucket repository preserving all history.

          Create a simple barebones POM to get it to build.
