1) Right-click menu and 3-Dot menu act differently when the right-panel is open. The 3-Dot menu reloads the right-panel menu, whether it is Manage Link, Metadata or Analyses. The reason for this is on 3-Dot menu click the row is a "left-click" and "left-click" reloads the right-panel. But the right-click menu does not reload but just changes the filename in the right-panel.

2) When one of the buttons in the left-navigation panel is clicked and another one is clicked before the previous click is executed and populated, then the previous list of directories appear first and then switched to the next one

eg. Home Button is clicked and then immediately the Shared is clicked then Home directories populate first and then it switches to the Shared immediately. The delay is negligible now for fast enough internet and when Terrain API works at its best. May cause a problem when it does not. Not really sure if this needs to be looked into as there are indicators to let the user know which section they are in.

3) While in Analyses log, searching for a file does not close the Analyses table. The search populates the hidden table though.

4) For &&&&&.bedgraph file, species menu shows [object object]

Could not find the file &&&&&.bedgraph (Filenames starting with special characters such as '&' or '-' cannot be searched using Cyverse APIs).
Created a new file with a similar name and the issue could not be replicated.

Addresses issues 1 and 3. I do not think issue 2 needs to be fixed, and issue 4 could not be replicated at this time.

Issue 3 is working correctly.

Issue 1 does not appear to be fixed. When I click on the 3 dot menu when a right-panel is open it causes the right-panel to refresh (should not refresh).

Talking with Chaitanya:

Right-clicking on a file/folder that is not selected while the right-panel is open should:
1 Open the right-click menu for the right-clicked file/folder.
2 Refresh the right-panel to show the newly selected file/folder.
3 Select/highlight the newly selected file/folder in the middle panel.

Left-clicking on the three dot menu for a file/folder that is already selected while the right-panel is open should:
1 Open the right-click menu (Manage Link/Metadata/Analyse/Copy Path).
It should not refresh the right-panel (as we are still viewing the same file/folder so there is no need to refresh the right-panel).

Working correctly on Chaitanya's test EC2.
