Send blast parsing code pointers to Alex S.

          Description

          In IGB, a user can right-click an item in the display and select an option to run a BLAST search at NCBI. Currently there are two options - BLASTX and BLASTP.

          Alex Sullivan, a developer in Nick Provart's group, has asked for a pointer to the part of the IGB code base that implements this feature. He is interested in implementing something similar on the BAR Web site maintained in the Provart lab.

          Please look up where this is in the code and send an email to Alex letting him know.
