Increase IGB version from 9.1.4 to 9.1.6

          Description

          Now that IGB version 9.1.4 is released, we need to update IGB POM versions to 9.1.6 on the master branch.

          See linked issue for how to do it.

          Also, check commits around the time linked issue IGBF-2196 was addressed just in case the documentation on what needs to be changed is incomplete. This is because you might need to modify files other than the POMs, such as:

          • Install4J configuration file
          • bitbucket pipeline file

          Note: Skipping 9.1.5 in case we need to do a minor bug fix release from release branch release-9.1.4

                Merged into master. Pipeline has run. I downloaded Mac installer and ran it. I noticed however that I had forgotten to merge in the changes related to IGBF-2306 that I'd made to the release-9.1.4 branch. So I cherry-picked those key changes onto the master branch on my fork and then submitted a PR from my fork's master branch to the team repository master branch. That PR is now merged.

                I downloaded, installed, and ran the new master branch installer (commit 63a49440f1246a3d3eb9f1ed922f6f128a6c927b) and confirmed the version of IGB is now 9.1.6.

                Everybody can now rebase on the master branch. From now on, installers you build for Mac will work without the "disk is damaged" warning.
