Remove NCBI Primer App code from experimental apps bitbucket repo

          Description

          Now that the NCBI Primer App is in its own repo, we need to remove it from the experimental apps bitbucket repository.

                Removed the NCBI Primer from the experimental app repo and made changes in the super pom accordingly.

                One change request:

                Please remove imports from the parent pom that were needed by NCBI primer app only. This includes apollo library and possibly others, as well.

                I have now removed the dependency which was specifically added to super pom for NCBI primer. Also, I have pushed everything into one commit so that it would be easy to figure that out in future.

                My apologies. We are not yet ready to do this as code and branch for https://jira.transvar.org/browse/IGBF-2287 need to get merged into the master branch.

                At that point, we can move NCBI primer app into its own repository. After that is done, we can remove it from experimental apps bitbucket repo.

                Moving this back to "To-Do"
