While testing this ticket, I observed that even when IGB was working, the genome browser displayed a pop-up message "IGB service unavailable" when "View in IGB" option was clicked on for any one of the species. Informed Sameer Shanbhag and he is working on it.

Changelog:

• contents.txt from all the quickload sites will be used to generate data to be displayed on quickload website.
• Added exception handling to the Get request in case any of the servers go down
• Fixed the logic to check if IGB is running or not by moving the logic to the Express controller.

The changes still need to be deployed on test.bioviz.org. We can start testing the ones that are deployed by the professor.

Tested https://test.bioviz.org/genome-dashboard and the data is loading correctly in IGB. If we choose another genome data after loading one data, the earlier one gets replaced with new data. Sameer Shanbhag thank you for making the changes.
