Description
Genome Dashboard (https://www.bioviz.org/genome-dashboard) has a very nice feature that lets me open a list of all the available genome versions for a species, including the latest one.
To use the feature, you click the button labeled "Genome Versions" and a menu slides open showing all available genome versions.
There's an "i" (for information) on each genome version menu. Currently, mousing over the "i" opens a tooltip word balloon graphic that shows some introductory text (in yellow font) "Names for this genome version include:" followed by a newline and then a list of all the synonyms, including the IGB genome version name. This is correct.
However, if there are no other names for the genome besides the IGB name, then the word balloon does not show the title.
For this task, ensure that the title is always shown regardless of the number of synoyms a genome version may have.
