Don't show "Install IGB" button on downloads page

          Description

          When a user is visiting the IGB Downloads page (currently this is https://www.bioviz.org/download.html) we should not show the "Install IGB" button in the top right.

          This is a bit confusing! Even if you understand the site very well, you may mistakenly click "Install IGB" if you are tired or distracted.

          Let's make this change:

          • When a user is on this page, hide the "Install IGB" button.

                I have tested it on the https://test.bioviz.org and it looks fine.
                The Install button is now hidden on IGB Downloads page i.e. https://test.bioviz.org/download.html
                Moving it forward to Done.
