Fix: Clicking "i" icon on App submission confirmation page does nothing

          Description

          When a user submits an App, a confirmation page appears with three "i" icons.

          Clicking each "i" icon is supposed to open a tooltip with further information.

          Currently, this is not working.

          For this task, investigate why this is failing and fix the problem.

              • issue: the tooltip JS was calling a function from a script that wasn't imported to generate its text content
              • solution: import the required script

              Tested the issue in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Opera and working as expected.

              Steps to follow.
              1) visit testappstore.bioviz.org
              2) submit an app
              3) click on the tooltip to see the message.

              Moving to Done.

              If finished with testappstore, please "stop" the EC2. Your IAM user in LoraineLab AWS account should now be able to do that. Please let me know if there are any problems.
