Description
Task: Investigate best way to enable user to move files/folders in BioViz Connect user interface. API endpoints are defined in Terrain (see Terrain documentation for BioViz Connect project).
Idea would be to copy the look and feel of how Google Drive allows the dragging and dropping of files/folders. Can we accomplish the same look and feel?

Right click on row or use the 3-dot menu to cut as many files/folders as you want and right-click (or 3-dot menu) on the destination folder to paste.
Few issues that needs handling.
-Folders will take more time to move.
-With files or folders, until the document is moved the row will remain where it was. Needs reloading the page after it moves.
Karthik Raveendran this is working really well now, I like the way items that are cut become grayed out.
The only change I would like is to double the time that the toast is active and before the page is refreshed. It looks like it was around 5 seconds, so let's make it 10 seconds.
