          The UNC Charlotte VM hosting igbquickload.org is down.

          VM details:

          public ip: 128.196.142.30
          internal ip: 10.16.57.232
          internal host name: vm12-cci.uncc.edu

          UNCC systems admin is looking into it.

          If it fails, change public IP to: 52.205.102.207
