Added Description to Curated Categories
Added the above mentioned Categories and Subcategories.
Added logic to use these categories and and subcategory description to add to the UI
Cleaning the CSS which was not required for current update

Merged and deployed to https://devappstore5.bioviz.org.
Note that I did not first delete the database & s3 bucket. So testing should include checking that the new "panel" category is properly shown.
