I have submitted the pull request for this ticket.

Tasks Completed:

• Added Description to Curated Categories
• Added the above mentioned Categories and Subcategories.
• Added logic to use these categories and and subcategory description to add to the UI
• Cleaning the CSS which was not required for current update

Note that I did not first delete the database & s3 bucket. So testing should include checking that the new "panel" category is properly shown.

Everything looks good and changes are reflected in https://devappstore5.bioviz.org. Apologies for missing "panel" category when I first checked it. Thanks for Sameer Shanbhag for noticing the issue. Now I have make sure that all the sub-categories are present in each category. Moving the ticket to closed.
