Description
When exporting a whole frame in SVG format, a pop window appears with message "Unfortunately, IGB Windows users cannot save an SVG image in the Whole Frame setting. Please select another option to save an SVG image". This message only appears in 9.1.6. In 9.1.4 a blank SVG file is created without any alert message.
This is the expected behavior on Windows, but we need to update the testing documentation. See linked issue for location of testing documentation.

IGBF-2613 Test Image Export subsystem - Windows
- Closed
At the "Image Export" page in the testing documentation https://wiki.transvar.org/display/ITD/Image+Export,
Under the "Export and save image using all following permutations" section in the "svg and whole frame" subsection I have added a * next to the "windows" checkbox with the following message:
"Windows cannot save a Whole Frame SVG image and will present an error pop-up stating "Unfortunately, IGB Windows users cannot save an SVG image in the Whole Frame setting. Please select another option to save an SVG image"."
Image attached.
