Description

When we run the "releases" pipeline to create installers and other file for release, the installers are named for the release branch, which avoid name collision between releases.

Let's do the same for other files as well.

Branched from release-9.1.4 to release-9.1.4-rebuild. Added 9.1.6 bitbucket pipeline and Install4J v8 configuration files.
