Fix View Region in UCSC Browser

          Description

          Situation: The option to View Region in UCSC Browser is broken in 9.1.6 and 9.1.8.

          Task: Fix the View Region in UCSC Browser.

          To reproduce the issue:
          Open IGB
          Select the mouse genome (M_musculus_Dec_2011).
          Navigate to chr1:87,262,042-87,313,112
          Select View > View Region in UCSC Browser

          If working, your internet browser should open a page to the UCSC browser and load the current selected region from IGB.
          If not working, a popup will appear with "Unable to map genome 'M_musculus_Dec_2011' to a UCSC genome."
