          Description

          Situation: The QuickLoads in the Available Data box have hyperlinks that are set to the url of the QuickLoad itself. However, QuickLoad URLs are not always resolvable. For example, QuickLoads hosted on BitBucket or GitHub use a "raw" URL that does not redirect to the BitBucket/GitHub page.

          Task: Add a "infoUrl" parameter to the igbDefaultPrefs.json file. Add logic to IGB to look for the infoUrl parameter and if found, create a hyperlink in Available Data. If no infoUrl parameter is found, do not create a hyperlink in Available Data.
