Disable UCSC DAS in igbdefaultprefs.json

        Details

          Description

          Situation: The External View and View Region in UCSC Browser no longer rely on the UCSC DAS data provider being enabled. The UCSC DAS data provider can take several seconds to respond causing IGB startup to stall.

          Task: Disable UCSC DAS data provider in the igbdefaultprefs.json file.

                Master branch installers are built and ready for testing.

                Note:

                Be sure to view the log when testing the new version to check for possible JSON parsing issues.
