Poor contrast in highlighted active tab

          Description

          Problem:

          • Active tabs are highlighted in white, rather than blue as usual, resulting in poor contrast between the white background and the off-white text. See attached screenshot.

          Steps to reproduce:

          • Open IGB (9.1.8 or 9.1.6) on macOS Big Sur 11.4. The version of macOS with which this was introduced is unknown.

                This issue is resolved in version 8u311 of the JDK: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8251377

                Once we are able to update and release IGB with the Zulu JDK this issue should be tested.
