Remove text from empty "Add" data source interface

          Description

          When users operate the Preferences > Data Sources > Add... interface in IGB, the URL entry box already contains the text "http".

          This is confusing and also often wrong because not all data sources use the http protocol. It is also causing usability problems for the Track Hub facade site.

          Remove this text from the interface.

              The "http" text is not visible in the URL text box and has been successfully removed. Tested both on Linux and windows. Please see attached screenshot.
