Investigate why galaxy.html tries to connect to jira.transvar.org

          Description

          Situation: Attempting to load data from usegalaxy.org leads to the bioviz.org/galaxy.html page spinning for several minutes before loading data. It appears that the page is attempting to contact jira.transvar.org.

          Task: Investigate why galaxy.html is attempting to contact jira.transvar.org.

                1. Open IGB.
                2. Click on this link.
                • The page should say "Thank you for using IGB!"
                • Data should load in IGB.

                This issue appears to be fixed with the changes to IGBF-3012 by hitting jira.bioviz.org instead of the defunct jira.transvar.org. I think it would be good to maintain this ticket to make sure that we test that bioviz.org/galaxy.html is working correctly.

                To test on the test server:
                Open IGB.
                Click on this link.
                The page should successfully load and say "Thank you for using IGB!"
                The data should load in IGB.
