Change help text for copy column

          Description

          Improve the help text for the copy column. It can convey more information using about the same number of words.

          Current text is:

          "Click the Q icon to copy the converted Quickload URL. Click the U icon to view the original hub URL."

          Please change to:

          "Click Q to copy the Quickload URL for pasting into IGB. Click U to copy the original Track Hub URL"

          Use bolded, yellow font (not italic) to render "Q" and "U" in the above help text.

              The code is good and ready to be deployed.

              Omkar Marne: If you want to wait until IGBF-3063 is merged before submitting a PR, that is fine. It may be a little tricky due to the fact that these tickets may be touching the same lines of code.

              I checked the PR. It looks like you accidentally have added a number of files from your IDE-created local development environment. Please re-do the branch / commits so that these files are not introduced into the repository.
