Description
Task: Write materials and methods section for rice splicing and methylation for submission to Frontiers special issue.

The materials and methods are complete for the Plant Material and Growth Conditions, Na+ and K+ ion analysis, Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing, and RNA-Seq. Additional sections may be required for further analyses, such as Gene Ontology, comparison of bisulfite and RNA data, etc.
I have added the samplesheet.valid.csv and software_versions.yml to the bitbucket repo (commit)
