[IGBF-3120] Investigate: Uninstaller does not remove bundle cache for a version - JIRA UNCC

Details

The Install4J "uninstaller" does not appear to remove the bundle cache for a version.

Can this be changed ?

The reason this matters is that there could be some conflicts between an old and new installation of the same version of IGB ?

Note that there's a complication: IGB Apps are installed in the same bundle cache location, probably.
