I have added "9.1.10 Major Release" as a new release tag in Jira.

[~aloraine] - The 9.1.8 release is currently set as unreleased in Jira. Should I go ahead and change its status to released?

I have gone through all Jira issues and all commits to IGB master since the release of IGB 9.1.8. I have added all of the issues I felt were relevant.

Please review the above links and check that I have not missed any issues that should be marked as included in the 9.1.10 release.

We also need to check the Confluence "subsystems" pages. Checkboxes need to be unchecked. Maybe this needs to be a different ticket? If you think it should indeed be a separate ticket, do please make a new Jira issue for it and put into the next sprint.

I have manually unchecked most of the checkboxes. The final two pages of the subsystems pages have some remaining checkboxes that when unchecked appear to be causing server instability for wiki.bioviz.org as I'm seeing a 502 Proxy Error. Unclear why this is happening. There are a large number of redundant checkboxes that could be removed.

An "uncheck all" button has been requested as part of Confluence since 2015 (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-37184), but the feature has not been implemented. Several users discuss ways to programmatically uncheck all checkboxes in the above link and in this link (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Checklist-check-uncheck-all/qaq-p/597706). I have created IGBF-3154 to address this issue.
