Description
Situation: We will give a webinar on BioViz Connect at 1pm eastern on Friday September 23.
Task: Prepare to give the webinar.

Create a "game plan" for the presentation.
Ideas for how to prepare:
- Outline the slides
- Consider making videos in place of live demonstration
- How do we want to split the talk between KR and NF?
- Find out the amount of time available for the talk
- Re-watch talk from Michelle and other CyVerse guest speakers - to get a sense of structure, etc.
- Can we find out which videos have the best follow-thru to the end of the video (to find out what works best for the format and setting)
- Check how the CyVerse page looks (update KR info, etc.)
- Plan dates for practice talks (rehearse alone, rehearse with a friendly audience, record a rehearsal, etc.)
