            Test servers:
            https://bvctest3.bioviz.org/
            https://bvctest7.bioviz.org/

Note that these servers turn off at 6pm Eastern, but Nowlan Freese can turn them on.

Logan and I are working on testing bvctest3.bioviz.org to see if we can identify any issues that should be addressed prior to the release.

I have also created a space where we can create release documentation: https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/BCRD/BioViz+Connect+Release+Documentation

            Issue.
While running IGB 9.1.10, and found on both bvctest3.bioviz.org and connect.bioviz.org:
Choosing to "View in IGB" for a file through the 'Home' tab works normally, but viewing a file in IGB through the 'Community' tab or on the 'Shared with me' tab Cyverse gives an error message and the file fails to open in IGB.

            "bvctest3.bioviz.org says
Sorry! An error occurred while searching your search phrase. Please try a different phrase or try again after some time."

This appears to be a Cyverse issue as found by Dr. Freese. Cyverse's search endpoint is down. When searching for something in the Community folder Cyverse logs the user out.

Notes on this type of issue will be added to the Troubleshooting section of the Users Guide.

            Testing notes so far:

Creating a new folder in Home folder works.
            Browser back/forward buttons work correctly.
Upload file to Home folder works -> the file was uploaded to a public folder, and so the file itself is public, is this the intended behavior?
Unclear if upload by url is working correctly.
+New button is grayed out in Community and Shared (this is the correct behavior).
            Analysis History functioning correctly.
Analysis History Name hyperlinks to correct file location.
Right-click Cut a file and then paste it into a folder works in Home folder.
Right-click Rename a file works in Home folder.
Right-click Copy name works in Community.
Right-click Cut/Delete -> Can we gray these out if the files are not own/write by the user? It may be confusing to the user that these options exist for files that they cannot modify.
            IGB YouTube link works.
Twitter link works. Do we still want to have links to Twitter?
            Bioviz.org link works.
            Powered by CyVerse link works.

Regarding twitter: I was say: "no". I have not been updated the Twitter feed so I think we should remove it. (It's a bit challenging to keep up with it.)

Looks like all I need to do to release a bioviz connect update is run the playbooks with the production host as the target.
I think I can do that now....

            Bioviz connect playbooks are run.
One mistake: ran them with Stack equal to Develop instead of Prod. The result is that Develop keys were added, currently including public keys for KR, AL and NF. No other keys were added.
I don't think this will cause any problems but am documenting this for future reference.

We identified one bug (see IGBF-3222) though it is unclear if it is a new bug or was present in previous versions as it appears to be an edge case that may not have been previously seen.

As all other functionality is working correctly, closing ticket.
