            Copied coverage graphs with:

            scp -J aloraine@hop.renci.org -r coverage_graphs aloraine@lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org:/projects/igbquickload/lorainelab/www/main/htdocs/hotpollen/S_lycopersicum_Jun_2022/.

            Copied junction files from inside /nobackup/tomato_genome/alt_splicing/for_igbquickload with:

            scp -J aloraine@hop.renci.org -r junction_files aloraine@lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org:/projects/igbquickload/lorainelab/www/main/htdocs/hotpollen/S_lycopersicum_Jun_2022/.

            Data are on UNC Charlotte cluster and need to be transferred to hosting on renci.
            Renci has a login node that you can use to set up an ssh tunnel.
            I need to copy the data using "scp" and a tunnel.
            Looking into it.
