            A couple of suggestions:

            1) Expand the vertical dimension for the IGB image so that graphs are taller. The main point is that an analyst can visually compare the expression patterns. More vertical space is needed to enable the viewer to see enough detail to "get" that main point. This would require making a new IGB image on a taller screen (not a laptop), but I think the effort would be worth it.
            2) The call-out lines blend in a bit too much, making them hard to use as guides linking images. They look a bit like "chart junk," visual elements added for aesthetics only. To make these look good but "do their job" of connecting images logically, I would try changes such as: using a thicker line, making the edges curved and/or using a color other than black to make the lines easier to distinguish from the other lines in the poster.
            3) I would edit a few of the image legends to enable faster, easier reading for the person strolling past. I can make some suggestions if you like!
            4) I've seen people sometimes will put a photo of themselves to help viewers recognize the poster presenter. If you feel comfortable doing that, I would recommend it! Edit: You already did that. Not sure how I missed it!

Options for adding / modifying text:

            • Move "Search for files and folders" above the image (top image)
            • Below image, add a blurb indicating what parts get searched, e.g., "Search Community folder or just your home directory, depending on where you do the search"

The poster is pretty good. If you want to use the current version, I think that would be fine. If you want to further tweak the images, I think that would also be great. Moving the ticket forward.
