Add "Show/Hide Visual Tools" button to the toolbar

          Description

          I think it would be a good idea to add a "Show/Hide Visual Tools" button to the toolbar because I think it is a commonly used action in IGB.

          The icons for these actions already exist (you can see them under the View menu in IGB).

          I believe that the "Hide Visual Tools" icon should be displayed in the toolbar by default and upon clicking the button it would be great if the icon toggled to the "Show Visual Tools" icon at that point (kind of the way the tooltips icons toggles upon clicking).

              After looking at the "Show/Hide visual tools" icons some more I think that the icons aren't very intuitive.

              Maybe a reading glasses icon would be more intuitive since reading glasses typically indicate "visual tool/examination" actions.

              There's a "Hide all" function in the View menu. I don't think we need this.
