Description
When users right-click a track and select "filter by", a window opens offering options to filter (hide) data based on their properties.
Currently, the list of properties/attributes available for BAM tracks is very limited.
We need a way to filter based on other attributes, including:
Whether the read is first or second in a pair.
Whether the read's mate is mapped to another chromosome (e.g., mate start is -1)
