Description
Situation: IGB release 9.1.10 is hanging on Nowlan's laptop.
Task: Determine why IGB isn't working on Nowlan's laptop.
IGB was hanging on the splash screen for an indefinite period of time. I believe that the last time I used IGB I had reset preferences to default. Uninstalling and reinstalling IGB appears to have fixed the issue, though it is unclear why the issue was occurring at all.
If anyone runs into a similar issue please reopen this ticket.
