          Description

          For this task:

          • Create a new Docker file to build a JDK 11 image for building IGB
          • Ensure that the new Docker file references the latest version of Install4J
          • Use new Docker file to build a Docker image
          • Push the new Docker image to the Loraine Lab team account on Docker Hub
          • Make sure to provide a tag for the new image indicating the version of JDK and Install4J used

          Note: We probably will need to get a license key for the latest Install4J version
