Update Bitbucket yaml file on NF's JDK 11 branch to use the new Docker image

          Description

          We use Bitbucket pipelines to build IGB installers.
          The pipeline uses a Docker image we provide.
          The Docker image is provisioned with JDK's for all three major platforms we support - Mac, Windows, Linux.
          To build IGB on Bitbucket we need to edit the Bitbucket yaml file that specifies the Docker image used and other things.
          So, to building IGB using JDK 11 on the new JDK 11 branch using bitbucket pipeline, we need to modify the bitbucket yaml configuration file on the branch.
