We finished renaming samples using your spreadsheet and checked them using MDS plots.

Thanks for these plots.  These plots warm our hearts as it is so clear now that the data is logically grouping now the samples are linked to the appropriate names!!!

Thanks to you all for all you have done to ID the sample problems and now highlight the sample strengths!
