          Description

          Create landing page https://bioviz.org/advancedsearch.html for IGB to link to from the Advanced Search tab.
          This page should link to the Confluence page on wiki.bioviz.org that described the Advanced Search features.
          BioViz Web code base: https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/bioviz
          BioViz ansible playbooks code base: https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/bioviz-playbooks (used to deploy the site; might be useful as a reference)
          [~aloraine] notes: We could also simply add a redirect rule to the BioViz apache2 web server configurations in the playbooks so that if anybody tries to visit https://bioviz.org/advancedsearch.html, the BioViz web server will cause their browser to view the wiki page instead.

                • Link is working, however, need to include the standard bioviz navbar and formatting (see attached example).

                PR merged and new code is deployed to https://bioviz.org (production) site.

                To test:

                • Visit https://bioviz.org/advancedSearch.html and confirm the new page exists
                • Check that the new page contains the same "top menu" as other pages on the site
                • Make sure that the code itself is using javascript code to show the menu bar at the top of the page
                • Click on the link to make sure it goes to a page on wiki.bioviz.org

                The https://bioviz.org/advancedSearch.html page exists, contains functioning top menu navbar, no errors reported in console, and the link goes to the correct page (https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/igbman/Advanced+Search).
