Description
Situation: The getBasicAuth was included in the BioViz Connect codebase to make early development easier. However, it is no longer as other ways to specify login credentials during development are available.
Task: Clean up, remove, or comment out code in getBasicAuth that is no longer required. Update our internal documentation explaining how to login while developing BioViz Connect locally.
