Create MemoryStatusBarItem: Replace Jidesoft

          Description

          Situation: See StatusBar.java in Core-IGB. Removing this gets rid of the memory usage widget at the bottom corner of IGB. The MemoryStatusBarItem extends Jide StatusBarItem > NullPanel > JPanel.

          Task: Implement/create a replacement for the MemoryStatusBarItem such that a user can see the total memory available to IGB and the amount of that memory currently being used.
