          Description

          Situation: We skipped App Manager, ProtAnnot, and Quickload Saver smoke testing as the apps were not working with IGB 10.0.0.

          Task: Once the apps have been updated to work with IGB 10.0.0 finish the smoke testing for:

          • Mac
          • Windows
          • Linux

                ProtAnnot - complete (out of bounds error when running interproscan multiple times, error also in IGB 9.1.8, will create new ticket to investigate)

                Note for Nowlan: I did not see a notification to restart IGB when testing the Synonyms subsystem on Linux, though it did appear on Mac. Need to double-check this again.
